The interview process this time was quite thorough.
First, I watched a video introducing the company, and then I had an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personality and whether my future plans aligned with the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, I’m applying for a sales position because I want to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared fairly well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join this team after a second interview!
If I had to point something out, the interview that day took a bit longer, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was nothing serious.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly!
