The interview process this time was quite thorough.
First, I watched a video introducing the company, and then I interviewed with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal characteristics and whether my future plans aligned with the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join this team after a second interview!
If I had to mention one thing, the interview took quite a long time that day. The overall process was a little longer than I expected, but it was no big deal.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly!
