The interview process this time was fairly thorough.
I first watched a company introduction video, followed by an interview with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal characteristics and whether my future plans matched the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to attend a second interview and join this team!
If I had to point something out, the interview that day took rather a long time. The overall process was somewhat longer than I expected, but it was not a significant issue.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly.
