The interview process this time was quite comprehensive.
First, I watched a company introduction video, followed by an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of my previous frequent job changes, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personality and whether my future plans aligned with the company's expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I get the opportunity to have a second interview and join this team!
If I had to point out one thing, the interview took quite a long time that day. The overall process was somewhat longer than I expected, but it was nothing serious.
Both sides need to gain a thorough understanding of each other.
