The interview process this time was fairly comprehensive.
I first watched a company introduction video, followed by an interview with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of my previous tendency to change jobs frequently, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal qualities and whether my future plans matched the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about salary and bonuses. After all, people apply for sales positions because they want to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I get the chance to attend a second interview and join this team!
If I had to point something out, the interview that day took a little longer, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was nothing serious.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly.
