The interview process this time was quite thorough.
First, I watched a company introduction video, followed by an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that the HR representative was genuinely trying to understand my personal characteristics and whether my future plans matched the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared fairly well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to attend a second interview and join this team!
If I had to point out one thing, the interview took quite a long time that day, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was nothing serious.
Both sides need to gain a thorough understanding of each other.
