The interview process this time was quite comprehensive.
First, I watched a company introduction video, and then had an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of my frequent job changes in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personality and whether my future plans aligned with the company's expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, I applied for a sales position because I want to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared fairly well. I hope I get the chance to have a second interview and join this team!
If I had to point something out, the interview that day took a relatively long time, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was not a major issue.
Both sides need to understand each other thoroughly.
