The interview process this time was quite thorough.
I first watched a company introduction video, followed by an interview with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of my frequent job changes in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personality and whether my future plans align with the company's expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I get the opportunity to have a second interview and join this team!
If I had to mention anything, it would be that the interview took quite a long time that day. The overall process was a little longer than I expected, but it was not a major issue.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly.
