The interview process this time was quite comprehensive.
I first watched a company introduction video, then had an interview with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of my frequent job changes in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal characteristics and whether my future plans align with the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to proceed to a second interview and join this team!
If I had to point something out, the interview that day took a relatively long time, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was not a serious issue.
Both sides need to gain a thorough understanding of each other.
