The interview process this time was fairly thorough.
I first watched a company introduction video, then had an interview with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal traits and whether my future plans matched the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about salary and bonuses. After all, people apply for sales positions because they want to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join this team after a second interview!
If I had to point something out, the interview that day took relatively long, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was not a major issue.
Both sides need to understand each other thoroughly.
