The interview process this time was quite comprehensive.
When I arrived, I first watched a company introduction video, followed by an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of frequently changing jobs in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal qualities and whether my future plans aligned with the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about salary and bonuses. After all, people apply for sales positions because they want to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join the team after a second interview!
If I had to mention one thing, the interview took relatively long that day, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was not a major issue.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly.
