The interview process this time was quite thorough.
I first watched a company introduction video, and then interviewed with HR.
Overall, the atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal qualities and whether my future plans align with the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared fairly well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join the second-round interview and become part of this team!
If I had to mention one thing, the interview took quite a long time that day. The overall process was somewhat longer than I expected, but it was nothing major.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly.
