The interview process this time was fairly comprehensive.

First, I watched a company introduction video, and then had an interview with HR.

The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of having changed jobs frequently in the past, the conversation flowed quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal traits and whether my future plans align with the company's expectations.

They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.

Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I get the opportunity to have a second interview and join this team!

If I had to point out one thing, the interview that day took a relatively long time, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was not a significant issue.

Both sides need to understand each other thoroughly.
