The interview process this time was quite thorough.
I first watched a video introducing the company, followed by an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of my previous frequent job changes, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal characteristics and whether my future plans align with the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about the salary and bonuses. After all, the reason for applying for a sales position is to make money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared fairly well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to attend a second interview and join this team!
If I had to mention one thing, the interview took a bit longer that day. The overall process was somewhat longer than I expected, but it was not a serious issue.
Both sides need to get to know each other thoroughly.
