The interview process this time was quite thorough.
When I arrived, I first watched a company introduction video, and then had an interview with HR.
The overall atmosphere was more relaxed than I expected. Although I was asked about the details of frequently changing jobs in the past, the conversation went quite smoothly. I felt that HR was genuinely trying to understand my personal characteristics and whether my future plans matched the company’s expectations.
They also answered all my questions about salary and bonuses. After all, I’m applying for a sales position because I want to earn money, and the bonus structure is what I care about most.
Although I was still a little nervous overall, I also felt that I had prepared reasonably well. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join this team after a second interview!

If I had to mention one thing, the interview that day took relatively long, and the overall process was somewhat longer than I expected. However, it was nothing serious.
Both sides need to understand each other thoroughly.
