Things will go very smoothly if you are assigned to a good community
The company is severely understaffed. People hired through office interviews are very likely to be sent back by the community.
You may be asked to transfer to another community or resign on your own.
You may still be bullied after being transferred to a new community.
The work content differs from one community to another. Sometimes you have to do everything the supervisor is responsible for.
