You get to experience a workplace like an imperial harem.
If you get assigned to a good community, things will go very smoothly.
The company is severely understaffed. People hired through office interviews are very likely to be sent back by the community.
You may be asked to transfer to another community or resign on your own.
After transferring to a new community, you may still be bullied.
The work content differs from community to community. Sometimes, you have to handle everything the supervisor is responsible for.
Just produce the meeting materials and whatever the company asks for.
You will be caught between the residents, the chairperson of the homeowners' committee, and the manager.
It is difficult to build good relationships with colleagues there because you never know when you will be pushed forward to take the blame.
Summary: A secretary has to know how to do everything.
