You get to experience a workplace resembling an imperial harem.
If you are assigned to a good community, things will go very smoothly.
The company is severely understaffed. People hired through office interviews may very likely be sent back by the community.
You may be asked to transfer to another community or resign on your own.
You may still be bullied after transferring to a new community.
The job responsibilities differ from community to community. Sometimes you have to handle everything your supervisor is responsible for.
You just need to produce the meeting materials and whatever the company requests.
You will be caught between the residents, the residents’ committee chairperson, and the manager.
It is difficult to build good relationships with your colleagues because you never know when you might be pushed out to take the blame.
