I strongly recommend not joining this company. Employees are frequently required to work overtime, and the overtime is unpaid. The workplace is extremely dirty and disorganized, and the company has no internal systems in place. They do not even provide a payslip when paying salaries. Overall, the employees are not very easy to get along with. The company also lays off employees without giving them ten days' notice—they may simply tell you to leave on the spot.
