No advantages

I strongly recommend not coming to this company. Employees are frequently required to work overtime, and the overtime is unpaid. The environment is extremely dirty and chaotic, and the company has no internal systems. They do not even provide a payslip when paying salaries. Overall, the employees are not very easy to get along with. The company also lays off employees without giving them ten days’ notice; they will simply tell you to leave on the same day.
