No advantages

I strongly recommend not joining this company. Employees are frequently required to work overtime, and the overtime is unpaid. The work environment is extremely dirty and disorganized, and the company has no internal policies or systems. When paying salaries, they do not even provide a payslip. Overall, the employees are not very easy to get along with. The company also lays off employees, and does not give you ten days’ notice; they will simply tell you to leave immediately that day.
