No advantages.

I strongly advise against coming to this company. Employees are often required to work overtime, and the overtime is unpaid. The work environment is extremely dirty and disorganized, and the company has no internal procedures. When salaries are paid, employees are not even given a pay slip. Overall, the employees are also not very easy to get along with. The company also lays off employees without giving them ten days’ notice; they will tell you to leave immediately that same day.
