If you're looking to make friends while earning a high salary, this company is suitable for settling in for the long term!
There are several aspects of the company’s situation worth noting:
1. Project execution efficiency: The engineering team’s work pace does not align with clients’ expected timelines, leaving room for improvement in project progress management.
2. Management decision-making: Senior executives tend to adopt conservative strategies, and the division of authority and responsibility among decision-making levels is unclear, affecting the efficiency of problem-solving. In addition, a lack of transparency in information has caused employees of the parent and subsidiary companies to become divided! Moreover, the accounts of the parent and subsidiary companies have not been separated, resulting in employee profit-sharing benefits disappearing due to the “subsidiary’s losses”!
3. Product competitiveness: The company’s pricing is higher than that of its peers, while the sales team and some PMs have an insufficient understanding of the industry’s core needs, hindering cooperation with certain important clients.
Regarding business expansion:
The business lines added during the pandemic, such as vending machines and energy-storage equipment, are operated primarily through a trading model and lack long-term technical planning. Supply chain management also carries risks, as some electronic components have not undergone a “complete validation” process, which may affect product reliability.
Current compensation and benefits:
It is recommended to prioritize the match between the position level and compensation package. For entry-level positions (monthly salaries below NT$50,000), career development prospects should be carefully evaluated unless commuting is convenient.
