Those who want to take on freelance assignments, please take note: this company's administrative processes are problematic. The finance staff don't seem to know what they're doing. Payment for manuscripts can be delayed indefinitely, and they won't proactively inform you of the situation—you have to chase it up yourself, making you feel like a beggar. Paying on time seems to be an incredibly difficult task. Absolutely awful ^^
