Institute for Information Industry, Digital Transformation Institute, Energy Data Group, Deputy Director — simply an idiot, lacking professionalism and the leadership ability to manage people. He wants projects on both sides to do the same thing, turning everything into a game of semantics. He completely ignores software architecture planning and stability, and only wants to deal with the projects for that year well enough to complete the report. He does projects merely for the sake of doing projects.

When he was an engineer, he said he would only be responsible for software development. Later, because the projects became busy, he also had to do work outside his duties or go out into the field—work completely unrelated to his expertise. When his own team lacked manpower, he would only look for outside help or assistance from other groups. He just wanted to settle things simply and did not care about the importance of overall coordination and planning. In meetings, he only wanted to talk about his own suggestions as an engineer and would not listen at all; he would still only follow the PM’s decisions or the decisions he had made himself.

When fieldwork took place on holidays or at night, he would even say that overtime must not be claimed, because “you don’t have much to do at the company anyway.” Hearing that was truly disheartening. He does not know how to lead people or win their hearts, and cannot bring himself to say plainly that the team budget is insufficient and that everyone should contribute their time together. He truly does not know how to conduct himself.

All day, he only acts cheerful and pitiable around his superiors, while showing another sinister and deceitful side toward subordinates.

He would take A to the meeting room to speak ill of B, then take B to the meeting room to speak ill of A. After every meeting, we had to reconcile the two versions ourselves. It was truly exhausting. I came here to contribute my expertise, not to play psychological games.

If you want me to do frontend work, then let me properly do frontend work. One moment I have to go into the field, and the next I have to work on an app. Shouldn’t you ask around to see whether these different areas of expertise can actually be handled together? You do not give me a raise, yet you expect me to do so many things, imposing an extremely tight deadline for everything to be completed. You seem to think programming is simple, but that is just foolish. No matter how much effort I put in below, I really did complete it within the deadline, yet my supervisor still said, “You’re slacking now, so your performance is very poor.” You were the one who told me to finish early, and now you say I have nothing to do and am slacking.

Every year, projects are rushed simply so that you can complete the report for upper management. Do you really think something rushed out will be useful?

You do not plan for anything and only want to see results. You truly have no respect for professional expertise, no management ability, and are also a dishonest, awful person.
