The colleagues are very easy to get along with.
The owner of this company sold the technology to Mitac Information Technology Corp. and currently serves as a manager in the Ecosystem Business Division at Mitac Information Technology Corp. Although he has moved to a large company, he still has the same mindset as a business owner, disregards the company's administrative procedures, causes trouble for other departments, and imposes dress and appearance rules based on his personal preferences. All of this is equally unbearable.
Unreasonable assessments of working hours, failure to provide work standards, forcing employees to revoke their leave, endless empty promises, and resorting to emotional blackmail when unable to persuade others—these are all the behaviors of a workplace giant baby. Although I can acknowledge Mr. Lin's experience and abilities, his management skills are truly terrible. Exploiting entry-level engineers through the use of power is not leadership. Their growth is due to their own efforts, not because of you, a manager who claims to be a good supervisor.
