1. If you don't care about the salary, the work is easy and stable, suitable for taking it easy in the later years of one's career.
2. The company provides Apple laptops.
3. Colleagues get along well.
1. There is no year-end bonus for employees who have been with the company for less than a year. After completing one year, there is a bonus, but it is paid in 3–4 installments during the three major festivals. (That’s not really a year-end bonus, is it?)
2. To put it nicely, there are 15 minutes of flexible working hours, but employees are required to attend a morning meeting at 9:10 every day.
3. The boss is good at making empty promises, the company’s systems are poor, and getting a raise is difficult.
4. The boss likes to talk to employees after working hours.
5. The company likes to use employees as guinea pigs to test various systems and policies.
6. The company promotes vegetarianism, and the meal allowance is higher for vegetarians than for those who eat meat.
7. The company has ties to a multilevel marketing group and will ask employees to attend personal-growth courses.
8. The boss has no sense of priorities and is extremely distrustful of employees.
9. When introducing new policies, the company asks for employees’ opinions but never adopts them.
10. The boss believes that all employees’ salaries are higher than those for comparable positions elsewhere.
