HR announced that my résumé matched the requirements and invited me to an interview, but when it came time to arrange the interview date, they replied that, after reviewing it, I did not meet the requirements for the position.
It’s not that I’m desperate for this interview opportunity, but if I didn’t meet the requirements from the start, they shouldn’t have contacted me. Doesn’t this show a lack of professionalism on the part of HR?
You can already tell from the interview invitation that this is a terrible company... It could rank among the top three worst. Please at least take care of your public image.
