Pros
The division of work is clear.
Cons
They’re hiring a graphic designer and expect people to work overtime without increasing their pay. The original job posting listed a salary of 30,000 to 40,000, but when I asked for 32,000, they were only willing to offer 31,000. Extremely stingy.
