The interviewer was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere throughout the interview was relaxed and comfortable, which gradually helped ease my initial nervousness.

Whether it was the way the interview was guided, the conversational interaction, or the overall pacing, everything felt very smooth and enjoyable.

Moreover, the result was communicated very efficiently after the interview, so there was no need for a long wait. Throughout the process, I felt the respect and thoughtfulness shown toward the interviewee.

However, there were quite a few interviewees that day, so I had to wait a little while, and the pace at the venue was slightly drawn out.
