The interviewer was genuinely very kind, and the atmosphere throughout the interview was relaxed and comfortable, which gradually eased my initial nervousness.

Whether it was the way the interview was guided, the interaction during the conversation, or the overall pacing, everything felt very smooth and pleasant.

The result was also communicated very efficiently after the interview, so there was no need for a long wait. Throughout the process, I felt the respect and care shown toward interviewees.

However, there were quite a few people being interviewed that day, so it took a little while to wait, and the pace of the on-site process was slightly prolonged.
