The interviewer was genuinely very kind, and the atmosphere throughout the interview was relaxed and comfortable, which gradually helped ease my initial nervousness.

Whether it was the way the interview was guided, the conversational interaction, or the overall pacing, everything felt very smooth and pleasant.

The result was also communicated very efficiently afterward, so there was no need for a long wait. Throughout the process, I felt that the interviewee was treated with respect and care.

However, there were quite a few interviewees that day, so I had to wait a little while, and the pace on site was slightly prolonged.
