I went to your company for an interview for a warehouse management position and was initially very nervous. After I arrived, the receptionist was very kind, poured me a glass of water, and asked me to wait a moment. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point during the interview, and the supervisor’s questions were also very friendly. They focused solely on questions and answers relevant to the position at your company and did not ask any private or sensitive questions at all. Compared with interviews at other companies in the past, this one was more professional and considerate. The supervisor also helpfully mentioned that the company had developed a job-search software application. If I found the job unsuitable and needed to look for a new one later, I could download and try the app, which would be very helpful for my job search. I truly felt that this interview was very different from my previous experiences elsewhere. They even took the candidate’s future concerns into consideration during the interview. What an excellent company.
The disadvantage for me is that the company is some distance from my home. However, I learned that your company provides employees who come from far away with the option to apply for company housing, which conveniently solved my concern as well.
