All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out forms on-site (the information was basically the same as what you need to fill in on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 will be paid if your performance evaluation is good. If your performance is good in all three monthly evaluations, you’ll receive the performance bonuses for the three months all at once, totaling 21,000.

There’s an evaluation every month, and the managers above you evaluate you every single month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave right away…

And that manager (female) really talks without pausing to breathe… She goes on and on before taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky? There happened to be another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I basically got screened out immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even there, I didn’t have to be evaluated every month… This is way too much 🙈
