I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (it was basically the same as the basic information required on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance evaluation bonus!

The probationary period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 will be paid if your performance evaluation during that period is good. If your performance is good in all three monthly evaluations, you will receive the performance evaluation bonus for the three months all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is also an evaluation every month, and the managers above you evaluate you every month.

To be honest… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath… She speaks a long string of things before finally breathing.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I basically got screened out directly.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to refuse the offer 🥲

I worked at a large company before, and even there, I didn’t have to be evaluated every month… This is too ridiculous 🙈
