I can only say I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I filled out some information on site (it was basically the same as the basic information required on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probationary period is 3 months. Each month, the initial salary you receive is 40,500, and if your performance during that period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, the performance bonus for the three months will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is also an evaluation every month, and the people in charge above you evaluate you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without stopping to breathe… She went on for a long string of words before finally taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to refuse the offer 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even there, I didn’t have to be evaluated every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
