I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be filled out on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance bonuses!

The probationary period is 3 months. The salary you initially receive each month during this period is 40,500, and if your performance during the period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, a 3-month performance bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

Then there is an evaluation every month. The people in charge above you evaluate you every month.

Honestly… as soon as I heard this, I wanted to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without stopping to catch her breath… She would speak at length before taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? As it happened, there was a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out directly.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I worked at a large company before, and even there, we didn't have to be evaluated every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
