All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (it was basically the same as the basic information required on 104).

The salary is NT$50,000.

But! That includes the performance-review bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you initially receive each month is NT$40,500. If your performance during this period is good, you’ll then receive an additional NT$2,500. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, you’ll receive the three months’ worth of performance bonuses all at once, totaling NT$21,000.

And there’s an evaluation every month. The higher-ups in charge evaluate you every single month.

Honestly… as soon as I heard this, I wanted to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without seeming to take a breath… She would speak a long string of sentences before finally breathing.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and they didn’t require monthly evaluations either… This is way too much 🙈
