I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

At today’s interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (it was basically the same as the basic information required on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance-review bonus!

The probationary period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, followed by an additional 2,500 if your performance review is good. If you perform well in all three monthly reviews, they will then pay the performance-review bonuses for the three months all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is also a review every month, and the people in charge above you have to evaluate you every month.

Seriously… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath… She’ll go on and on before finally taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of explanations…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I basically got rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I previously worked at a large company, and even there I wasn’t evaluated every month… This is way too outrageous 🙈
