I can only say I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just like everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information when I arrived (the information was basically the same as what you need to fill out on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance review bonus!

The probationary period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and if your performance review during this period is good, you’ll receive another 2,500. If you perform well in all three monthly reviews, you’ll receive the performance review bonus for the three months all at once, totaling 21,000.

And there’s a performance review every month. The managers in charge above you evaluate you every single month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave right away…

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath… She went on and on, only pausing to breathe after saying a whole long string of things.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing alongside me who had similar experience, so I basically got rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even they didn’t require monthly performance reviews… This is too absurd 🙈
