I can only say that I was incredibly lucky 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (it was basically the same as the information required on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and if your performance evaluation during this period is good, you’ll receive an additional 2,500. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, you’ll receive the performance bonus for the three months in one lump sum, totaling 21,000.

There is an evaluation every month, and the people in charge above you evaluate you every single month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath… She goes on and on, only pausing to breathe after saying a long string of things.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was incredibly lucky? There happened to be a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to refuse the offer 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and I was never evaluated every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
