Interview on 2025/06/17
I can only say that I was incredibly lucky 🤣
At today’s interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (it was basically the same as the basic information required on 104).
Salary: 50,000
But! That includes the performance bonus!
The probationary period is 3 months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then, if your performance assessment during the period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If you perform well in all three monthly assessments, a 3-month performance bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.
There is also an assessment every month. The people in charge above you assess you every single month.
Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…
And that manager (female) really talks without seeming to take a breath… She speaks a long string of words before finally breathing once.
I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…
Why do I say I was incredibly lucky? There happened to be a woman interviewing alongside me who had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected immediately.
Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲
I worked at a large company before, and even there, I didn’t have to be assessed every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
