I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically similar to what needs to be filled out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probationary period is three months. Each month, the initial salary paid is 40,500, and if your performance evaluation during this period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, a three-month performance bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is an evaluation every month, and the people in charge above you evaluate you every month.

To be honest… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really speaks without pausing to breathe… She talks for a long stretch before taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing alongside me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out directly.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I worked at a large company before, and even there, we didn’t have to be evaluated every month… This is way too outrageous 🙈
