I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just as everyone mentioned above, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be filled out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance review bonus!

The probationary period is 3 months. The salary you initially receive each month is 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 will be paid if your performance during this period is good. If you perform well in all three monthly performance reviews, an additional 3 months' worth of performance bonuses will be paid all at once, for a total of 21,000.

There is also a performance review every month. The people in charge above you have to evaluate you every month.

Honestly... just hearing this much made me want to leave...

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath... She speaks in one long string before finally breathing.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content...

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was basically rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I worked at a large company before, and even there I wasn't evaluated every month... This is too ridiculous 🙈
