I can only say I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically similar to what needs to be filled out on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes performance bonuses!

The probationary period is 3 months. The salary received upfront each month during this period is 40,500, and if your performance evaluation during this period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If your evaluations for all three months are good, a three-month performance bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is an evaluation every month, and the managers in charge above you evaluate you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really speaks without seeming to need to breathe… She talked through a long string of things before taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to refuse 🥲

I’ve worked at a large company before, and they didn’t require monthly evaluations either… This is way too outrageous 🙈
