All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, it was just as everyone mentioned above: when you arrive, you fill out some information (it was basically the same as what you have to fill out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 is paid if your performance during the assessment is good. If you perform well in all three monthly assessments, they will pay three months’ worth of performance bonuses all at once, for a total of 21,000.

There is an assessment every month, and the managers above you assess you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave right away…

And that manager (female) really talks without taking a breath… She goes on for a long time before finally taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky? There happened to be a woman interviewing together with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even there, I wasn’t assessed every month… This is too ridiculous 🙈
