The air conditioning is cold enough

I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During the interview today, just as everyone mentioned above, I filled out paperwork on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be filled out on 104).

The salary is 50,000

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probationary period is 3 months. The salary received upfront each month during this period is 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 will be paid if the performance assessment during this period is good. If the assessments for all three months are good, a three-month performance bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

Then there is an assessment every month. The people in charge above you assess you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without pausing to breathe… She speaks in one long stretch and only takes a breath afterward.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of content…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? As it happened, there was a woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out directly.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to decline 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and they didn’t require monthly assessments either… This is too outrageous 🙈
