All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just like everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what you have to fill out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes performance bonuses!

The probation period is 3 months. The salary you receive upfront each month during this period is 40,500, and if your performance during the assessment is good, they then pay an additional 2,500. If you perform well in all three monthly assessments, they pay the performance bonus for the three months all at once, totaling 21,000.

There is also an assessment every month, and the managers above you assess you every month.

Honestly… after hearing this much, I already wanted to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without seeming to take a breath… She went on and on before finally taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? It just so happened that another woman interviewing with me had similar experience, so I was essentially rejected immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I’ve worked at large companies before, and even they didn’t require monthly assessments… This is too outrageous 🙈
