All I can say is that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today's interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what you have to fill out on 104).

The salary is 50,000.

But! That includes the performance-review bonus!

The probation period is three months. The salary you receive each month during this period is initially 40,500, and then an additional 2,500 is paid if your performance review during that period is good. If you perform well in all three monthly reviews, you will receive the performance bonuses for the three months in one lump sum, totaling 21,000.

There is also a review every month. The managers in charge above you review you every month.

Honestly... just hearing this much made me want to leave...

And that female manager really talked without taking a breath... She would speak a long string of things before taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this...

Why do I say I was lucky enough? There happened to be another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was essentially screened out immediately.

Otherwise, I would have had to think about how to turn them down 🥲

I worked at a large company before, and even there, I wasn't evaluated every month... This is too outrageous 🙈
