I can only say that I was lucky enough 🤣

During today’s interview, just as everyone above mentioned, I had to fill out information on-site (the information was basically the same as what needs to be entered on 104).

Salary: 50,000

But! That includes the performance bonus!

The probationary period is three months. The salary you initially receive each month during this period is 40,500, and if your performance during the period is good, an additional 2,500 will be paid. If you perform well in all three monthly evaluations, a three-month performance bonus will be paid all at once, totaling 21,000.

And there is an evaluation every month. The people in charge above you evaluate you every month.

Honestly… just hearing this much made me want to leave…

And that manager (female) really talks without seeming to take a breath… She speaks a long string of words before finally taking a breath.

I listened to nearly 40 minutes of this…

Why do I say I was lucky enough? As it happened, there was another woman interviewing with me who had similar experience, so I was effectively eliminated right away.

Otherwise, I would still have had to think about how to decline 🥲

I previously worked at a large company, and even there, we weren’t evaluated every month… This is too outrageous 🙈
